How does it work with the noodles

Hi to all

I'm currently testing how the noodles plugin works.  I'm still on 2.6.4 and noodles - 0.6.1.

When I try to choose another image in Plugins - Noodles - Settings, it jumps back to the default image setting, but it's the gravatar-03.png and not what is called noodles-default-image.png. "gravatar-03.png" is fine for visitors, but how can I add my own picture? I tried to upload my own picture as PNG but got message "it must be a PNG".
I uploaded my picture manually and chose it, but suddenly, no gravatars were shown at all despite the one that came from outside.

How can I have a picture and the users have got gravatar-03.png?

I have to admit that I'm not very patient with figuring out things like that.
