Open Graph codes inserted by plugin to post but not on general page

I installed plugin socialMeta and Open Graph codes are inserted to post, but not on the general blog entry page.

I tried to put lines manually to __layout.html but no luck.

Also, I can't control what image plugin will insert into og:image line.

As the (social) meta are specific to each post and come in the header of the HTML page, we cannot put all of them in the home page.
