A theme usable on desktop and different devices

Hi to all

I recently noticed that font-sizes increase a lot and get bigger and bigger for desktops. Obviously, owners of these website try to make the website fit for smaller devices and don't know how to do it.
After looking into the topic, I spent some time finding some useful information about changes in layout to get a similar behaviour on tablets/desktop and that a simple blog (which isn't very extended) is also readable on a small smartphone.

What you need  is a flexible layout and content is able to react depending on screen resolution as well as different font commands for devices and desktops.

I took one of the most used Aerokits, the 2C, and put the important changes into it:
- the user-head.html
- layout.css and
- style.css (look into 1. Structure to get samples)
