The recent iOS10 upgrade contains a bug in Safari. It seems to be in relation to "swipe between tabs".

When the <footer> has got a width of 100%, a web-page becomes very wobbly and it's hard to scroll down and up.
Current workaround is to choose a width with a maximum of 99.4%.
Everything above 99.4 like 99.5% leads to the issue.

Workaround:

 #footer {width: 99.4%;}

Do you have an idea in mind that could address only iOS Safari?

Ahhhhh ! It's the reason why my tests are so buggy recently with my iPhone! :-)

Thank's for reporting this, because I spent a lot of time to find the responsible element causing such glitch, but without finding anything, indeed :-)

Thanks, Franck, for confirming the issue. Let's see how Apple acts before we make changes to the layout. I'm sure that it will be reported soon.

That's what I did:
1. Choose the Custom CSS, which is empty
Result: works fine
2. Choose your template
3. Open layout.css and take out content
Result: works fine
4. Bring content back and take out the second half
5. Bring content back and take out the first half
6. continue until you have eliminated that part that causes the issue
